QHHT® FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

What are the most frequently asked questions, and what are the answers?

  • What is QHHT®?

QHHT®, short for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠, is like a magical journey within your own mind!

It's a powerful method that takes you to a deep and extraordinary level of hypnosis, where you can uncover hidden treasures of wisdom and insight. During a QHHT® session, you explore the connection between your conscious mind and your Higher Self, that inner reservoir of knowledge and healing.

It is an exciting journey of self-discovery, allowing you to tap into your own inner universe, and the results can be absolutely transformative!

  • How long is a QHHT® session?

A typical QHHT® session usually takes between 5 and 7 hours.

This might seem like a lot, but it is a great chance to talk about everything. One of the advantages is that you can have all your questions answered in just one session, eliminating the need for follow-up appointments.

Most of the time, a single QHHT® session is sufficient to set you on the course toward becoming the finest version of yourself.

  • What is the language of the QHHT® session?

I conduct QHHT® sessions in English.

While using your native language can be highly advantageous when discussing the experiences you encounter during a session, being a native English speaker is not a requirement.

As long as you feel comfortable with English, we can make it work!

  • Can a QHHT® session be done online?

    No, I perform QHHT® sessions in-person only.

During the session, I keep a close eye on you, so you can be guided correctly. Plus, if the connection would go down while you are in a state of hypnosis, it could be quite inconvenient.

  • Can I be hypnotized?

If you can fall asleep, you can be hypnotized.

In a QHHT® session, we benefit from something that is called theta brainwaves. These brainwaves happen naturally at least twice a day - when you are about to wake up, and when you are about to fall asleep. So if you can sleep, you can definitely be hypnotized. It is really simple, and anyone can do it.

Just keep an open mind, and you are in for a great experience.

  • What if I fall asleep during a QHHT® session?

If you fall asleep during a QHHT® session, great!

If you feel you want to fall asleep, don't fight that feeling and just allow the experience. I will keep a close eye on you during the whole session, so you get the best out of it.

And even though you might think you fell asleep, most of the times you and your subconscious are still fully aware of what is happening.

  • Is QHHT® safe?

Yes, it is very safe, and you are always in control.

The QHHT® method benefits from a natural state that happens at least twice a day for a typical person (i.e. falling asleep and waking up). Everything that happens after the Hypnotic Induction is recorded as an audio and shared with you after your session. This way you get a full transparency, you can always get back to what was said, and you don't need to worry about remembering everything.

The Personal Interview part is not recorded in any way and it is treated as highly confidential.

  • Will I lose control during a QHHT® session?

No, you will remain fully in control.

Most people are somewhat aware of what is happening during the session. Some people go into a very deep state of relaxation (if this happens, excellent!) and might not remember everything immediately.

After listening to the audio recording of the session it all comes back.

  • What is the role of a QHHT® Practitioner?

QHHT® Practitioner serves as your compassionate guide, leading you through the process with warmth, empathy, and respect.

Their main objective is to support your self-discovery journey by helping you uncover answers and determine the most suitable path forward. It's a straightforward process, as all the answers you seek are already within you.

Practitioner is not a healer, they simply assist you through the whole process of self-discovery and self-healing.

  • Can I bring someone else to a QHHT® session?

Your comfort and privacy during a QHHT® session take top priority.

Due to the confidential nature of our conversations, having another person present during the session is not permitted. Nevertheless, if necessary, someone can drop you off at the location, however they are not allowed to stay or participate in the session.

  • How many QHHT® sessions will I need?

One QHHT® session is sufficient and you can self-heal straight away if you want to, and if it is appropriate.

Majority of people find the clarity and transformation they seek in just one QHHT® session. And if you really want to further explore certain areas, yes, you might consider getting an additional session.

After your appointment, you get an audio recording of your session, and you should to listen to it as many times as you need. This is an integral part of the QHHT® method, especially because listening to your recording helps with the self-healing and understanding.

  • Who CANNOT benefit from a QHHT® session?

At this point in time, I do not perform QHHT® sessions for people with Schizophrenia, a Psychosis, and/or Multiple Personality Disorder.

These conditions need specialized care and attention, so it is very important to seek the appropriate support.

A session is also not suitable for people who are deaf or cannot communicate, as the major part of the whole process is listening and talking back.
