How to prepare yourself
For A QHHT® Session?
There are several steps that can help you have a wonderful session. And some of them must happen before the actual appointment!
Good Practices
- Do not plan anything important for the day of your QHHT® Session, so you can spend the whole day without major events or work.
- For 3 days after a QHHT® Session, the connection with your Higher Self will be very strong. Pay attention to your dreams, as Higher Self often communicates through dreams.
- Never listen to a QHHT® Session recording while operating any vehicle (e.g. driving back home), as you might simply fall asleep.
Before Session
1) List Of Questions
Before the session, compile a list of the questions that you want to find answers to. The amount of questions you can bring to your appointment is unlimited, however, it is highly recommended to focus on the ones that feel most important to you at this time. Ideally, select 5-10 the most important questions.
If possible, please consider bringing your List Of Questions with you as a print out. And in case you decide to write down your questions by hand (this is absolutely ok!), please make sure that your handwriting is as easy to read as possible.

2) List Of Characters
List people that you consider very important. Think mother, father, grandmother and so on. Mention their first name (or how you call them), and how you are related to them.

3) List Of Discomforts
If applicable, prepare a list of any discomforts that you may suffer from, and include approximate dates when they occurred first. If you had any major accidents, include them on that list too.

4) Food & Drinks
Avoid alcohol, smoking and recreational drugs 2-3 before the appointment. Eat as healthy as you possibly can the night before and the day of your session. Avoid meat and processed foods as much as possible. Your session will last several hours, so the do not skip breakfast. If you usually drink coffee, try to drink a little bit less before the session.
If you are taking any medication prescribed by your doctor, continue as usual.
Consider bringing a small snack for you for after the session.
Session Day
5) Outfit
On the day of the session, wear a very comfortable clothes, as you will be lying down in a bed for a few hours. The QHHT® technique benefits from the theta brain waves that occur naturally just before you fall asleep, and we want to get you to that point. It is as simple as following your natural sleep routine. You will even get partially covered up with a comfortable blanket.
If you usually sleep with socks on, bring your socks to the session.
6) No Expectations
Do not have any expectations, enjoy the experience and simply keep on talking. Do not think about what should (or should not) happen, what a hypnotic trance looks or feels like and so on. Every QHHT® Session is different and unique, and this is very, very good.
In general, be open-minded and enjoy whatever you are experiencing. It is not uncommon that people think nothing is happening and that they are just making things up, if you feel like that, this is all fine. Your Higher Self will show you exactly what you need to see/hear/feel at this time and place. It will never be too much, as your Higher Self knows everything about you and truly loves.
Your main task is to allow yourself to relax and experience the QHHT® session.
Just be open-minded and allow the experience.
7) Positive Attitude
Your intention to experience a wonderful session is the key! The moment you book a QHHT® Session, your Higher Self will start preparing you for it. Thoughts and energy will flow much easier.
During the session, your conscious mind will still be able to observe and learn, however, it must step away from the driver seat and take a break. And this is all good.

After Session
8) Eat Something
After being gently brought back to the present reality, you will be wide awake and feeling wonderful all over. This is the time you should have something to eat, so you can ground yourself. This is why I recommend to bring a small snack with you to the session. You can have this snack during our Session Debrief.

9) Recording
Your QHHT® Session will be recorded as an audio, and you will receive a copy of it. When you are home, listen to the recording as many times as you need. And the more you listen to it, the better. Listening helps with self-healing and gaining further understanding.
For several days after the session, your connection with the Higher Self will be very strong. During that period, pay special attention to your dreams, as Higher Self often communicates with us through dreams.
